Cancellation Policy
At Skintuition Studio, your appointments are very important to me. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show.
